Liverpool ONE

OVERVIEW

Liverpool ONE already had brand recognition but the need for a new website that positively improved the overall consumer experience was required, aiming to simplify the user journey.

Liverpool ONE have a busy schedule and a lot of tenants; we were briefed to simplify the journey and ensure it’s not an information overload when visiting the site.

SOLUTION

Working in partnership with Liverpool ONE we created a new, slick website showcasing the existing brand. By transforming the website into a more user-friendly site, we helped showcase and promote Liverpool ONE in a more simple way.

THE RESULTS

Compared to the first month of the website launch:

+79% page views

REVO COMMUNITY

OVERVIEW

Revo provides a platform for its members to network, share experiences, provoke thinking and lead the evolution of the built environment. It already had widespread brand recognition but the need for a new website that positively improved the overall visitor and member experience was required, aiming to increase dwell time and membership sign-ups.

SOLUTION

Working in partnership with board & committee members, we provided a new, mobile-friendly website. By transforming the website into a more user-friendly site, we helped showcase the added value benefits for its members, consumers and general users. The site also includes a separate member login area and user experience.

St George’s, Harrow

OVERVIEW

Located in Harrow, St. George’s Shopping Centre comprises a 212,000 sq ft centre with 40 units across three levels of retail and leisure.  St. George’s is anchored by a 12-screen Vue cinema and is home to a variety of well-known high-street brands including H&M, Pizza Express and Nando’s. 

The unique combination of retail, leisure and restaurants at St. George’s shopping centre is integral to the overall offer of Harrow town centre. St George’s old website was outdated, hard to navigate and didn’t show off St George’s as the highly popular mixed-use destination that it is.

SOLUTION

Working in partnership with St George’s we created a brand new, bespoke website showcasing the centre. By transforming the website into a more user-friendly site, we helped showcase and promote St George’s to the local community.

Buttermarket

OVERVIEW

The Buttermarket stands as a vibrant hub of activity, offering an array of dining, retail, and leisure experiences to the Ipswich community. 

Whether it’s family entertainment, a work social, health & fitness, or a date night…. the Buttermarket is the go-to centre. Nestled in the heart of Ipswich, the Buttermarket provides a dynamic shopping destination where shoppers and visitors alike can find everything they need under one roof.

However, Buttermarket’s old website was slow, outdated and difficult to use, resulting in low web traffic and engagement – we opted to change this by designing and building an engaging website that highlights what makes Buttermarket so great!

Working in partnership with the team at Buttermarket, we created a dynamic new website that prioritises the user experience and shows off their new brand. The new website helps showcase and promote Buttermarket to the local community like never before.

arc Shopping Centre 

OVERVIEW

arc Shopping Centre required a new website to transform its digital presence, just in time for two new key tenant openings including Primark and Everyman Cinema – transforming the centre into a mixed-use destination, including retail, dining & leisure.

SOLUTION

We designed and built a one-of-a-kind website to ensure arc’s digital presence is consistent with the modern open-air centre! Using their unique branding, our digital team crafted a website that focussed on the user experience, search engine optimisation (SEO)  and mobile responsiveness.

In the first 2 months of launch, we achieved some incredible results compared to the previous period:
