arc Shopping Centre needed to maximise its Christmas marketing budget to encourage shoppers to choose the centre as their go-to destination for Christmas shopping, while also showcasing the new tenants, Primark, Everyman Cinema, Oliver Bonas, Deichmann and Phase Eight.

SOLUTION:
To optimise the budget and increase visibility, a targeted campaign ran from late November to Christmas Eve. The brand campaign included a combination of Meta Ads, Google Search Ads, and a media partnership with the local newspaper.
The campaign focused on areas where potential shoppers from nearby towns within the secondary catchment area typically travel to larger nearby cities nearby, to encourage them to change their shopping habits. By highlighting the arrival of new tenants, Primark and Everyman Cinema, the arc was effectively positioned as the destination for Christmas shopping, creating both awareness and excitement.
