CHALLENGE:
arc Shopping Centre aimed to host an engaging and family-friendly Halloween event, while raising funds for their charity of the year, ensuring it was a memorable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
SOLUTION:
Following the success of last year’s Halloween Witchcraft Arc-ademy at arc Shopping Centre in Bury St Edmunds, we decided to bring the witches back and enhance the experience with even more spooky fun.

We welcomed witches on stilts, who roamed the centre, capturing the attention of shoppers and creating a wonderful Halloween photo opportunity. Their lively interactions with children and adults made them a highlight of the event, especially for those waiting in line for our popular spooky face painting.
In addition to the witches, we introduced a creepy crawlies tent, which became a favourite attraction for families. During the half-term period, visitors were drawn in by the chance to meet and hold a variety of animals, including snakes, spiders, owls, and lizards. This unique experience not only created excitement but also helped to engage younger audiences. We encouraged donations throughout the event, with all funds raised being directly donated to Bury St Edmunds Rickshaw, our charity partner for the year.
By combining interactive entertainment, family-friendly activities, and charitable giving, we created an unforgettable Halloween celebration that also supported a meaningful cause.
