Working with Toolbox makes my life a whole lot easier! As a busy Marketing Manager of multiple shopping centres, Kim and the whole team help ease my workload with their brilliant ideas and constant excellent service. During one of the most difficult times in our history, Kim project managed the Lock it With Love Campaign for Our Colchester BID. The campaign aimed to bring the community together and to share their thanks to key workers, NHS staff and loved ones.

Toolbox have been instrumental in the growth of Bardfest. Their role was to create and maintain three social media platforms as well as the website. We have worked closely with the Toolbox team since 2017 to reposition the Castle Mall from a retail led centre to a mixed use leisure destination. Toolbox have been instrumental in the success of the newly branded Castle Quarter and it double digit rise in footfall & the current rise in retailer sales figures.

Our account manager Kim, is innovative and goes the extra mile to deliver a consistently high level of marketing activity. She works closely with the centre management team to ensure the marketing strategy remains relevant and nimble enough to meet any challenge.
