Father’s Day Terms and Conditions

1. The Owlcotes shopping centre Father’s Day competition will be open for entries from 10am on Thursday 1st June until 4pm on Friday 16th June 2023.
2. To enter the competition, the entrant must like the post on Owlcotes shopping centre Instagram or Facebook post and tag their favourit local charity in the competition post. 
3. All entries will be put in a random number generator with one entry selected at random who will win an £150 voucher for their chosen Owlcotes stores. 
4. There is no cash alternative available.
5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. 
6. The winner will be notified via the social media account they used to enter the competition.
7. The prize will be posted to the winner. 
8. By entering the promotion you accept these terms and conditions, and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
9. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
10. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the competition whatsoever.
11. The entrant’s personal information will be used only on the website and social media of the Owlcotes shopping centre and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged. 
12. Employees of Owlcotes shopping centre and their relatives can enter this competition. 
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court
