Spring is finally in the air!

After a rather long winter, the hint of spring is finally in the air, the daffodils are in full bloom and apparently the sun will be making quite an appearance in the coming days, yay! In the next few weeks, we’ll get to celebrate our wonderful Mums, the Easter bunny will be making an appearance and the days will be getting longer. So much to look forward to!

This will also be the first spring in two years that isn’t being over-shadowed by Covid restrictions … double yay! This spring, we get to spend time with our friends and family and what better way to make the most of that, than to get out in the fresh air? It’s the perfect time to get back outside and soak up all the beauty that nature has to offer. It’s been a difficult couple of years for us all, and it’s more important than ever to make sure that we all take care of mental health and one way to do that is to spend time outdoors.

It’s no secret that spending time outside in natural surroundings has many benefits like improving mood, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety & improving mental and physical health, reducing loneliness and making you feel more connected to nature.

So gather everyone you love and get outside!
