“Kindness is spreading sunshine into other people’s lives regardless of the weather”
Each May, the Mental Health Foundation chooses a theme dedicated to Mental Health Awareness Week. This year, the theme is “Kindness” – celebrating the thousands of acts of kindness that have been made in society. The aim is to bring health organisations and members of the public together to help shed a light on the importance of looking after your mental health.
During this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, Arc Shopping Centre set up a FREE postcard service. Mental Health is more important than ever in the situation we are currently in with Covid-19 so they decided to spread KINDNESS to all their amazing customers through a digital campaign.
The postcard service partnered with Mind charity to help raise awareness about Mental Health whilst spreading ‘some love’ around their community. They managed to make people smile by sending over 750 postcards and raised a massive £129 amount for Mind charity!
